Consultation Package Terms

By purchasing this consultation package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Services. Your purchase includes one (1) 60-minute initial consultation to discuss and assess your individual needs, goals, and potential scope of services. Following the initial consultation, AZ Assistant may provide a personalized proposal and/or service agreement outlining recommended services, scope of work, pricing, timelines, and additional terms based on your individual needs.

The purchase of this initial consultation does not include any services, deliverables, implementation, or ongoing work beyond the 60-minute consultation unless expressly stated otherwise. Any additional services will be subject to a separate written agreement and applicable fees. Neither party is obligated to enter into an additional service agreement following the consultation.

Scheduling. All consultations are subject to availability and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. The initial consultation package must be used within 60 days of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than the required notice, or missed appointments, may be considered used and are not eligible for a refund. Appointments rescheduled more than once require an additional non-refundable $25 fee per occurrence.

Refunds. Consultation packages are refundable only if canceled at least 48 hours before the first scheduled consultation. Once consultation services have begun, fees for services already provided are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

No Guarantee of Results. Consultation services provide professional guidance, recommendations, and/or information based on the circumstances and information available at the time of the consultation. No specific outcome, result, revenue, performance, or other benefit is promised or guaranteed.

Client Responsibility. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the consultation and for determining whether and how to implement any recommendations provided.

Scope of Services. The consultation does not include services outside the scope specifically described in the purchased package. Additional work may be offered under a separate agreement or for an additional fee.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AZ Assistant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from the consultation services or the client's use of recommendations provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
