Each project requires unique needs, skill sets, timelines, attention, transportation and equipment. For these reasons each project requires unique pricing. We offer honest, fair and competitive pricing for each of our services. The goal is to make you a happy long-term customer of AZ Assistant.
Remote Services
Starting at $50/hour
Hourly On-site Services
Starting at $75/hour with a 2-hour minimum service required. Additional fees for mileage may be applied.
Luxury Home Management
This service is not one-size-fits-all. I offer flexible engagement models designed to match the complexity and expectations of your property. All engagements begin with a private consultation to confirm scope, expectations, and fit. Retainers reflect the level of responsibility, availability, and complexity required to properly manage high-value homes and estates. Additional services will be billed hourly based on need. Engagements are intentionally limited to ensure exceptional service, responsiveness, and continuity.
Time Pro-rations
Rounded in 15-minute intervals.
Tips
Always appreciated but never required.
Payment in full is due at time of service. We accept cash, valid checks/money orders/cashier’s checks, Zelle and Venmo. Contracted clients are responsible for payment via defined terms.
