Born & raised in rural Alaska, I learned resilience, resourcefulness, and the value of hard work through experiences like commercial fishing, camping, and survival training. Living in a resource-limited area required self-sufficiency and sharpened my adaptability as I learned to assist others in my community across a wide range of situations. My unique upbringing shaped me into a reliable jack‑of‑all‑trades who’s always ready to tackle the unexpected. After graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno, I relocated to Phoenix and launched AZ Assistant. The heart of my business is stepping in at critical moments—filling functional gaps, adapting fast, and making sure operations never skip a beat.
Since 2011, clients have brought me in when they’re facing challenges or launching new ideas that need real execution. I quickly assess what’s needed, build practical processes, and step into whatever role moves the work forward—from operations and administration to hands‑on project support. I’ve built a reputation as the clutch player teams call when the stakes are high, delivering dependable, versatile support that drives strong outcomes and satisfied clients before I roll on to the next project.
I’ve worked across diverse environments—government, corporate, and private households—holding both W-2 and 1099 roles. My career has included managing high-impact programs for the State of Arizona, supporting multi-state operations for national companies, streamlining licensing and compliance processes, overseeing luxury real estate and multifamily properties, assisting small business owners, supporting global business leaders, leading major organizational projects, training teams at Fortune 500 companies, and working directly with C-suite executives in fast-paced, high-expectation settings.
